The Key Account Manager is a sales and business professional who manages assigned accounts and guides growth for Givaudan. You will cultivate customer relationships, develop strategic plans, and ensure the success of key accounts.
You will report to the Area Sales Manager - Maghreb and you will be base in Casablanca, Morocco.

Main Responsibilities
- Grow Givaudan business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines
- Assume lead role for all Givaudan activities for designated accounts
- Cultivate customer relationships with main decision-makers, positioning Givaudan as preferred supplier
- Develop, communicate and implement strategic ADPs, sales forecasts, and budget for key accounts, with clear Measurements
- Manage brief pipeline (quality and quantity of projects) to achieve growth plans
- Defend base business in main markets and with key customers
- Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines and manage credit, pricing, rebates for key accounts
- Follow up and Insure the payment of the invoice from the customers
Academic Background
- University degree
Professional Experience
- 4-6 years successful sales, marketing or customer relationship experience in food or related industry
Technical Skills
- Apply strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting skills to develop ADPs
- Knowledge of customers and competition
- Understanding of customer strategy, plans, priorities, launch processes, and how to position Givaudan offerings
- Have understanding of profitability goals for key accounts
- Can accomplish all account management steps in the brief handling process; understand how to manage scale-ups
- Stay up to date with industry trends by identifying unmet customer needs
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects with key customer decision-makers
