Job Title: Maintenance Intern
Location: Givaudan Changzhou Factory

Position Overview:
As a Maintenance Intern at Givaudan's Changzhou factory, you will support the maintenance team in ensuring the optimal performance of our production equipment and facilities. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance practices and exposure to the operations of a leading global company in the flavor and fragrance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
• Participate in the documentation of maintenance activities and updates to maintenance logs.
• Help in the implementation of safety procedures and practices in the workplace.
• Collaborate with team members on various projects aimed at improving equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Learn about and assist in the use of maintenance management software.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industrial environment.
