Logistic Manager - Your Future Position?

 

As the logistic manager in our Fragrance & Beauty Division, you will be reporting to Changzhou site manager, the position is responsible for the management and on-going improvement of logistic department at Fragrance Changzhou site.

 

At this exciting role, you will:

 

  • Establish the department management system including setting policies, standard procedures to meet ISO standard, Givaudan guidance and customer requirement.
  • Set up department KPI and goals, monthly review and develop action plan to achieve target
  • Develop and implement skill matrix for individual position and training plan, including technical skill, management and soft skill.
  • Develop and implement the job qualification and authorization plan for each position
  • Develop and implement department employee career path plan
  • Be responsible for site incoming material receiving, material transferring and finished goods outbound delivery.
  • Ensure the awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization; also closely work with customer to handle some special request.
  • Work with site Planning and Manufacturing Leaders, as well as customer care and getting support to solve issues.
  • Manage resources (Manpower/Equipment) adequately within the flow of supply chain to meet standard lead time
  • Motivate staff to maximize the efficiency.
  • Take charge of the overall EHS work in the responsible area and accountable for behaviors that fail to follow rules, procedures or accepted work practices
  • Make EHS an integrate part of your job and lead by example
  • Know the EHS requirements of the jobs performed by the people supervised and understand the hazards and risk in the responsible area

Your professional profile includes:

  • Bachelor degree in business administration or related fields
  • At least 5 years' experience in logistics management, dangerous goods handling (warehouse and transportation)
  • Successful track record of achieving logistic goals.
  • Familiar with logistic equipment.
  • Ability to work across functionally internally and externally
  • Good knowledge and skill of using SAP in logistics management.
  • Be good at team work.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields
  • At least 5 years' experience in logistics management, dangerous goods handling (warehouse and transportation)
  • Successful track record of achieving logistic goals.
