Application Support Analyst - Your future position?

As an APS Analyst you will provide functional and technical support in the Application services area, in line with organization's objectives & business needs. The SAP Service Analyst role is in the IT area with focus on SAP Distribution and Warehouse Management Modules. This role will be part of Global Application Service organization. In this position you will report directly to the Regional Application Service Manager.

Multiple location: Cincinatti (USA), New York (USA), New Jersey (USA), Cuernavaca (Mexico), Bogotá (Colombia). Buenos Aires (Argentina), São Paulo (Brazil).

 

In this exciting role you will be responsible for:

 

  • Process SAP Distribution/Warehouse Management related incidents, service requests, problems, and corrective changes

  • Provide solutions and workarounds based on Service Level Objectives

  • Configuration of the SAP Distribution / WM modules using Batch and Handling Unit Management functionality, test and deploy

  • Support SAP Distribution/Warehouse Management processes from Level 1 Support

  • Follow-up with Level 3 if necessary and communicate back to stakeholders

  • Support the engagement of stakeholders, build and maintain relationships

  • Support necessary testing and data management with relation to application patches and upgrades

  • Collaboration with global technology and application support teams

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

 

Your professional profile includes:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, business, or equivalent

  • Fluency in English

  • At least 3 years of working experience in Information technology area

  • At least 2 years of experience in SAP Distribution & Warehouse Management modules

  • Certification is valued in SAP SD / WM modules

  • Experience with SAP Distribution and Warehouse Management deployments and maintenance

  • Experience with Batch and Handling Unit Management

  • Experience in SAP Manufacturing will be beneficial

  • Experience in label printing with Loftware integration will be beneficial

  • Basic understanding of incident, request, problem and change management processes (ITIL)

  • Basic knowledge of the development lifecycle
