As the Human Resources Business Partner/Manager you will ensure we continue to develop our people and our unique capabilities in a creative and sensorial industry. Reporting to the Head of HR for North America, you will work with management teams to deliver a best-in-class HR service within our Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Science Research divisions. You will be independent and able to challenge and welcome change in a high-performing environment.

 

  • Manage Relationships: Develop targeted solutions with a focus on team goals, talent assessment, change management, employee engagement and team building. Provide employee relations counsel to managers and employees on HR matters including performance, discipline, organizational decisions and career development. Improve manager capabilities through coaching and implementation of management development programs and opportunities.

 

  • Operational Excellence: Work with people managers to ensure all activities covering the employee lifecycle are implemented including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation reviews, succession planning, and learning & development. Manage (and participate in) the staffing function, ensuring the quality of personnel hired, the effectiveness of recruiting and selection techniques, and compliance with legislated requirements, such as EEO and ADA. Ensure talent pool is in place for all levels of the organization and assimilate new employees into our organization. Implement Regional Corporate Human Resource strategies and programs associated with accomplishing business objectives. Analyze data, understand trends, and develop solutions to further support the employee experience.

 

  • Utilize the very best of you: Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Employee Development, Compensation, Legal, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, and HR teams to implement solutions. Ensure fair and competitive positioning of salaries through internal equity and external market analysis with Compensation COE. Lead people development and learning processes to improve organizational competencies. Work with supervisors and managers to develop the necessary training processes and programs to increase productivity and effectiveness of employees. Participate and lead projects as an important member of the extended HR community

 

You?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and 7+ years of relevant experience (preferably in food/beverage, manufacturing, specialty ingredients) with demonstrated knowledge of human resource information systems (HRIS). Experience with data analytics.
  • Demonstrate empathy and experience driving inclusion work
  • Create clear linkages between business strategy and people processes
  • Command respect of the organization – establish relationships at all levels throughout the organization
  • Have consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
  • Customer-focused and pride yourself on understanding the business
