Lead Pricing Analyst

About the role:

You will Implement and manage the pricing strategy in order to ensure regional and global consistency and profitability according to company's business objectives while directly reporting to the Regional Head of Pricing.

 

 

Main Responsibilities:
•    Establish constructive and proactive partnership with all key stakeholders in the pricing process with “Pricing for Profitable Win Approach”.
•    Responsible for timely and quality Price Setting and Maintenance.
•    Manage ongoing pricing activities such as computing standard pricing of flavour products, maintaining price lists, providing target costs and price monitoring processes.
•    Provide pricing recommendations for briefs to Sales groups with supporting analysis, coordinate pricing process for identified key accounts and provide price negotiations support.
•    Monitor, protect and improve Gross Margin.
•    Define action recommendations to avoid gross margin erosion.
•    Analyse regularly gross margin and identify product cost issues and address these with Procurement, Operations, Finance & Technical groups as appropriate.
•    Establish strategy and implement annual price increases for key customers including adjustments for significant raw material impact, manufacturing cost changes or margin improvement on existing products.
•    Monitor and review KPI's and service level agreements with commercial partners.
•    Ensure Data maintenance and quality in all Pricing processes and systems.
•    Drive development of pricing strategy in collaboration with the Marketing.
•    Provide daily guidance and mentoring to pricing analysts and direct reports.

 


Your have:
•    5+ years in industry pricing or finance, account management or any analytical role.
•    Strong Excel skills. (Complex formulas and analytical work) required.
•    Being able to communicate through different organizational levels.
•    Team management skills (desired).
•    University Degree in Business, Finance or other relevant areas.
