Operations Systems Process Champion

The role of our Taste and Wellbeing Manufacturing Systems Lead leads the deployment, use, and continuous improvement of IM&T OPFC Compounding systems. Reporting to the Manufacturing Excellence Lead, you will:

 

  • Collaborate: Coordinate and support system end user networks, Power Users and End-users of Compounding, Commercial Sampling, and Chemicals Production processes/systems, Manufacturing Data Warehouse (MDW) BI Analyst network. Partner with Information Management and Technology Integration teams to deploy new functionality in legacy sites and integrate new acquisitions held in the North America region. 

 

  • Ensure Systems Excellence: Be the expert for rules of professional conduct for OPFC Compounding systems, including SAP and CMS/MWS. Assist End-Users in problem-solving and improvement measures. Support product roadmap development and identify opportunity for process/system improvement and best practice. Coordinate proper testing of new functionalities before implementation.

 

  • Influence and Partner: Provide expertise to essential partners such as CoE Engineering and Continuous Improvement during Master Planning and program development. To train/recruit Power Users/End-Users, when needed. Project Management skills, including demonstrated performance with the Steering Committee and Sr. Leadership.

 

You?

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years experience with systems management
  • Experience with both powder and liquid production processes
  • Supply Chain / Operations experience
  • Exposed to dynamic and complex environments
  • Knowledge in SAP and SAP-BI/BOA reporting, SQL, Tableau
