Material Handler I (2nd Shift)

Your future position?


As a Material Handler I in our Cincinnati manufacturing facility within our Warehouse Department, you will be responsible for the proper movement, dispensing and staging of raw materials, supplies, containers and returns within the Cincinnati manufacturing site for 2nd shift (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm). Sound interesting? This could be your ideal opportunity if, like our team, you enjoy handling material and flavors. In this exciting position you will:


  • Handle Material - you will handle, dispense, move containers, drums, pallets and pails of material needed in production.


  • Stage Materials - you will use a completed pick list to stage raw materials for production obtained from the production schedules. As well as prepare unused raw materials for return to the main warehouse.


  • Compliance- you will work in accordance with all relevant requirements including, but not limited to GMP, OSHA, HACCP, FDA, USDA, Food Safety and internal safety guidelines.

Your professional profile includes:

  • Minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in a manufacturing warehouse and minimum of 1 year experience operating a forklift and other powered material handling equipment is required
  • Ability to communicate (verbal and written) with a diverse group of individuals
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
  • Familiarity with with basic warehousing and receiving procedures
  • Good organization skills and an understanding of work prioritizations are required
  • Regular predictable attendance is essential to the position, as well as, overtime when deadlines require it
  • No food allergies
