We are seeking an experienced Quality Systems Manager to join our team. As a Quality Systems Manager, you will lead the quality system team, local food safety team, and the microbiology lab.
You will be based in Dübendorf and report directly to the Head of Quality.
In this exciting role you will:
- Maintain the food safety culture in Dübendorf
- Host customer, label or authority audits (e.g. FSSC or Halal)
- Organize and perform trainings on Food Safety topics
- Perform internal and vendor audits
- Follow up on audit findings with relevant process owners
- Implement external and internal quality requirements
- Lead the Quality Systems team and the microbiology department
- Handle customer complaints
Your professional profile includes:
- Bachelor in Food Science / Chemistry, Biology or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in quality related positions
- Business Fluent in German and English
- Experience with Quality Systems (GFSI like FSSC, ISO, GMP, and HACCP)
- Experience managing a small team an advantage
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of our IT software such as Excel, SAP
