Automation Technician in Indonesia - Your future position? 
As an Automation Technician at Givaudan Fragrance Manufacturing, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and enhancing our manufacturing processes through automation. In addition to designing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems, you will also be responsible for daily maintenance tasks related to both automation and manufacturing process equipment and utilities

In this exciting role you also will:

• Design and develop automation solutions for fragrance manufacturing processes, including batch processing, Mixing, filling, and packaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand process requirements and identify opportunities for automation.
• Develop and implement control strategies for automated systems, including PLC programming, HMI design, and SCADA systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot automation equipment, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
• Perform daily maintenance tasks on automation systems, such as routine inspections, cleaning, and calibration.
• Conduct daily maintenance tasks on manufacturing process equipment and utilities, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to procure automation equipment and services.
• Train and support production teams in operating and maintaining automated systems.

Your professional profile includes:

• 3 years of experience in similar position
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Instrumentation/Automation or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing automation systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), HMI design, and SCADA systems.
• Familiarity with batch processing, Mixing, filling, and packaging processes.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining automation equipment.
• Experience in maintenance of manufacturing process equipment and utilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently.
