Planning Executive (contract 6 months) - Your future position?
As a Planning Executive with Givaudan, the global leader in fragrance and flavor industry, you will execute day to-day planning activities to ensure sufficient raw material, trading item, and production scheduling for in-house pro-duction as well as customer order at the right Inventory Level, Quality, Time and Cost.
In this exciting role you also will:
- Managing planning system and its requirement properly.
- Managing Planning KPI’s in order to meet the Planning Objectives.
- Responsible to communicate planning information to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible to seek planning optimization and improvement to support planning activities.
- Owner of MRP management – parameters to drive accurate planning proposal by MRP.
- Owner of a raw material inventory and ensures that MRP messages are executed in a timely manner to ensure optimum level to meet both CDI and service level targets.
- Communicate with Vendor on Purchase Order requirements, monitor and ensure timely delivery.
- Communicates Raw material shortage to internal teams and drive actions to mitigate the risks and ensure appro-priate feedback loop to customer.
- Vendor non-conformance coordination.
- Pre-shipment sample management.
- Vendor consignment stock management.

Your professional profile includes:
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
- 2 years of working experience in manufacturing company, Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
- Having basic knowledge in planning process & systems, basic supply chain management and process knowledge.
- Good communication in English.
