Quality Specialist - Your future role?

As a Quality Specialist in Dortmund, you will execute shop floor and Quality Control quality systems and improvement programs to drive quality performance, mindset, and customer satisfaction at the site level.

This role is a maternity cover with fixed term contract.

In this role you will:

• Executes local shop floor quality system and improvement projects.
• Performs quality audits.
• Identify opportunities and executes Quality Control improvement projects (flows, methods, calibration, etc.).
• Provides input to the local quality system.
• Supports customer complaints and non-conformance management.
• Supports troubleshooting of local issues related to their area of expertise.
• As required, provide supervision of Quality Specialists I.
• Relevant to job function, provide local subject matter expertise to stakeholders.
• Be a member of local Food Safety teams (HACCP, etc.)

Your professional background includes:

• Technical or Business Administration bachelor's degree or equivalent continuous education with a proven track record.
• Related experience of 2 to 4 years.
• Project management experience.
• Good understanding of Food Safety and Quality Systems (such as FSSC, AIB, ISO, GMP, GHP, HACCP) that are relevant to assigned area of activity
