Manage the sales coordination aspects of existing accounts to support and in cooperation with partner account executive(s). Also, help to manage select briefs and projects by working directly with development and operational teams, all in service of en-suring customers’ needs are satisfied and business opportunities are achieved. You will be an important contributor to the Local & Regional NOAM Sales organization by providing support to accounts and business systems at a regional level, and by building, professional relationships with internal Givaudan teams across departments and regions.

Reporting to: Manager Sales Support & Coordination
Your Main Responsibilities:
Account Management – 25% - 35%
• Acquire and enter briefs, coordinate team meetings, and establish project timelines
• Be the project lead for development, RAPS, S&T, Customer Care, Pricing, and Ops
• Attend sales meetings to understand projects and identify business development opportunities
• Manage client relationships, schedule sales calls and meetings, and understand customer needs
• Align Givaudan solutions to client needs and present proactive collections, presentations, technology offerings
• Respond to requests related to payments, credit, pricing, reporting, development, RAPS, and supply chain, and coordinate with operations and production planning
Sales Coordination – 65% - 75%
• Support sales business through collaboration, administrative support, status updates, document requests, interdepartmental co-ordination, and problem resolution
• Maintain relationships with main clients, handle inquiries, anticipate issues, and take appropriate action
• Respond to customer requests using investigation, research, and follow-up
• Provide support and highlights/action plans from meetings, act as go-between with evaluation, marketing, customer service, purchasing, operations, distribution, planning, pricing, QC
• Brief entry, prepare pricing letters, administer sampling procedures, process NBO requests, and manage/track base and packing arrivals
• Order regulatory documents and handle fragrance notes requests
• Train junior/new team members on administrative tasks, Givaudan systems, tools, procedures, legacy client protocols, and industry standard practices
• Provide support to greater coordination team

Required Skills and background:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in a sales environment
• Experience building professional relationships
• Customer service skills and ability to work with all levels in the organization
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
