We are a flavoring company – this position performs functions necessary for proper operation of mixers, batch making, reactors, and the like for the manufacturing of cheese and cream flavors, as an example, while  maintaining safe, sanitary operating conditions, and providing the highest levels of product quality and customer care.


  • Product Quality: Accurately makes cheeses, creams and enzyme reaction flavors by formula.  Accurately read control instruments such as temperature recorders, pump pressures and gauges, and make necessary adjustments as needed to ensure a quality product is being produced. This position requires the employee to frequently use senses of sight and hearing when judging product quality and mechanical aspects. 
  • Safety and Sanitary Compliance: Has a comprehensive working knowledge and performs the safe operation of a variety of equipment such as, but not limited to, reactors, mixers, packaging, etc. Complies with all FDA requirements and follow GMPs.  Maintains swabbing and sanitation schedule, so that sanitation levels are consistent with AIB standards. 
  • Impact and Influence: Communicates openly, has a desire to achieve results, and is a team player. Contact with warehouse, maintenance, quality control, and production planning.

Your professional profile includes:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is the minimum requirement.  1 or more year previous production manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required.  
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and the desire to not have a desk job as you will be standing to accomplish position goals
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current experience driving and maneuvering fork-lift preferred, but aptitude and willingness to learn will also be considered
