主要職務内容：将来的にOperations（生産本部）の各部署のマネージメントを担ってもらうことを前提に、Value Streamの主要プロセスを理解する。主要プロセスを理解したうえで、各部署の課題の抽出、部署間の課題の抽出を行い、長期的な改善戦略の検討、部署横断的なプロジェクト（観点：安全、サービスおよび品質、コスト削減、サステイナブル）を実施し、Operationsの目標達成に貢献する。また、戦略展開、見える化、標準化、問題解決（要因分析、真因分析の実施）、PMS（Performance Management System）、５Sなどの改善活動の各部署での実施を通して、Operationsメンバーの改善に対する理解度や成熟度を上げ、改善に対するマインドセットの向上の仕掛けをリードする。

主な活動

＜CIMA Assessment＞

ジボダン社独自のAssessmentの仕組みとして、Continuous Improvement Maturity Assessment（CIMA） がある。これは世界各国のLean, CI, シックスシグマなどの改善を積極的に行っている優良企業のBest Practiceを元に作成されている。このCIMAで要求されている項目を理解し、各部署への導入と定着化のサポートをする（Strategy Deployment, Visual performance management, Standard, 5S, 8-Waste, Problem Solving, Metrics, Project Management）

＜CI関連プロジェクトのリード＞

CIの様々なコンセプト、ツールを使用して各部署と連携し、CI関連プロジェクトをリードする。社内スタンダード（GPS: Givaudan Production System）の各部署への導入サポート、各種改善プロジェクトの計画と実施、Regionや,Global全体で推進する戦略的プロジェクトの日本への実施をリードする。

＜プロジェクトマネージメントのサポート＞

LeanやSixsigmaのコンセプトやツールを用いることで、プロジェクトチームがよりよい解決策のデザインや成果物につながるようにサポートをする。

プロジェクトのステイタスのモニタリングを実施し、プロジェクトが決められたタイムラインにプロジェクトのゴールを達成することをサポートする

＜CI関連ツールのトレーニングの実施＞

GlobalのCIツールやプログラムであるCI Basic, Green-Belt, Problem Solvingなどのトレーニングを関連する部署のメンバーに実施する

● 3年以上の改善業務経験

● 業界不問

● 社内トレーニングのトレーナー経験者（作業者、シフトリーダー、部署のマネージャーへのトレーニング経験がある方）

○ 学歴

● 大卒以上

● 歓迎：修士取得

○ 技術・資格等

●PCスキル：MSオフィス（エクセル、ワード、パワーポイント）

●英語：ビジネスレベル初級～中級

●Lean, Six-Sigma関連のCertificationを取得している方歓迎

●Six-Sigmaのトレーナーの経験がある方歓迎

●プロジェクトマネジメント経験

●プレゼンテーション、ファシリテーション能力

●コミュニケーション能力

●ロジカルシンキング、問題解決力

●物事をポジティブにとらえ、前向きにいろいろなことにチャレンジできる方

将来的にCIのManager、もしくはOperations（生産本部）の各部署のManagerになることをキャリアパスとして持っているような方の応募を期待しています。入社後はCIに所属、もしくは製造部などの他部署でOperations全体の業務プロセスの理解や経験を深めてCIに配属となる場合もあります。

Title: Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist, Division Taste & Wellbeing

Support the embedding of continuous improvement culture under operations departments by applying the below core activities so that each department can improve their area by themselves spontaneously. As the Continuous Improvement department, it is expecting to improve operations QCD and contribute to improving business KPIs by supporting each department.

Core Activities

＜CIMA Assessment＞

Continuous Improvement Maturity Assessment（CIMA）is one of Givaudan internal assessment. This assessment is established by researching the best practice from the most successful companies all over the world where they actively apply continuous improvement tools such as Lean, CI and Six-sigma all over the world. Understand the requirement of CIMA and support each department to apply these requirements. (Strategy Deployment, Visual performance management, Standard, 5S, 8-Waste, Problem Solving, Metrics, Project Management)

＜Lead Continuous Improvement（CI）related projects＞

Apply various kinds of CI concept and tools to support CI project implementation in each department. And also apply internal company standard (GPS: Givaudan Production System) to each department, participate and contribute any other improvement project, and implement Regional, Global Strategic project in Local site.

＜Project Management＞

Support and coach project teams on applying Lean and Six Sigma concepts and tools during solution design and project execution phases.

Monitoring and follow-up on project status to achieve the project goal within the agreed timeline.

＜Conduct CI training＞

Conduct CI global training program such as CI basic, Green-Belt, Problem solving training under all employees in Operations.

Academic Background

• Bachelor's degree
• Master’s Degree is preferred.

Professional experience

• More than 3 years of experience in continuous improvement
• Training experience with operators, shift leaders and departmental managers.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft office tools
• English: Business level (Beginner to Intermediate)
• Project management
• Presentation & Facilitation skill
• Communication Skill

☆諸条件

1. 勤務地：             袋井工場（静岡県袋井市久能3056）

2. 雇用形態： 正社員（当初3ヵ月、試用期間）

3. 勤務時間： 9:00〜17:15（所定労働時間：7時間15分、途中休憩60分）

                            フレックス制度あり（コアタイム11:00~15:00）

4. 給与（年収等）： 前職収入・経験・能力等を考慮し、当社規定により決定

                            （時間外手当は実績にもとづき、別途支給・時間外手当対象外）

     賞与 年間１回（5%、業績変動賞与）

5. 休日：               完全週休2日制（土日祝日）
