【仕事内容】

テイスト＆ウェルビーイング事業部のエンジニアリングチームは静岡県袋井工場に所属し、液体香料の製造に関する設備の導入から保全まで一貫して行っています。会社の成長に合わせて設備の導入計画を行い、予算確保、導入や工事、使用部門へ引き渡し、適切な保守保全を行います。各部門との調整や業者等とのコミュニケーションが重要となります。

• 設備投資の計画及び管理
• 会社の成長に合わせた工場拡張計画の実施
• 製造プロセスに関する機器、施設・ユーティリティの保守保全
• グローバルチームとのプロジェクト実施
• 関連部門や外部業者とのコミュニケーション
• 関係部署と調整し設備や機器の仕様検討
• 各種改善、問題解決、手順書作成、リスクアセスメント

【チーム】

チームとしては、マネージャ（1）のレポートラインに、スーパーバイザー（1）、メンテナンス担当（2）と今回募集のエンジア（1）が在籍します。ノー残業デイ、ノー会議デイ、有給取得やフレックス制度の活用がしやすい環境を整えています。

• エンジニアリング関連（設計・開発、生産技術、保守保全、技術、プロセス、施設・機械・電気・制御等）の業務経験
• コミュニケーションスキル

• チャレンジ精神旺盛な方、ポジティブ思考な方

＜学歴＞

• 工専卒以上、大学・大学院卒歓迎（学部問わず）

＜技術・資格等＞

• PCスキル、MS Office（Excel, Word, PowerPoint）およびe-mailシステム
• 日本語（ネイティブレベル）

＜歓迎＞

• 医薬品/化学/香料/食品＆飲料品業界での経験
• 製造工場での経験
• 外資系企業での経験
• 英語 TOEIC450点以上
