主要職務内容

ジボダンジャパンのエンジニアリングチームは静岡県袋井工場に属し、工場内の製造に関する設備や工場施設全体のメンテナンス及び投資計画の管理をしています。このポジションは下記の職務を想定しています。

 

          ＜職務＞

  • 製造プロセスに関する機器、ユーティリティや建屋のメンテナンス・点検
  • 短期から中期の投資計画の実施
  • 関係部署と調整し設備や機器の仕様検討
  • 各種改善、問題解決、手順書作成、リスクアセスメント
  • 外部業者とのコミュニケーション（工事依頼、交渉等）

 

応募資格

 

          ＜必須条件＞

  • 3年以上のエンジニアリング関連（設計、生産技術、保全、技術、施設、機械、電気等）の実務業務経験

 

＜学歴＞

  • 工業高校卒以上

 

＜技術・資格等＞

  • 工場での機械、電気、施設、保全、技術、設計等のいずれかを任せられる能力を有する
  • PCスキル、MS Office（Excel, Word, PowerPoint）およびe-mailシステム
  • 日本語（ネイティブレベル）

 

＜歓迎＞

  • 高専卒、大学（工業系）卒
  • プロジェクト管理、設計業務、リスクアセスメント、問題解決等の経験
  • 医薬品/化学/香料/食品＆飲料品業界での経験
  • 生産工場での経験
  • 外資系企業での経験
  • 英語学習に前向き
