Finish Good Planner -  Your Future Position?

 

The finished goods planner is responsible for executing finished good planning activities in order to assure that finished product can be manufactured with-out interruption and supplied on time to our customers. Ensure material availability upon production. Improve OTAR service level and contribute to our Givaudan 2025 strategy. To cooperate with other departments to optimize settings and process.

 

At this exciting role, you will:

 

  • Plan and translate customer orders into production orders.
  • Conduct material availability check upon production orders or process orders.
  • Maintain and timely review & update MAD to orders. Timely communicate with customer service if any issue detected.
  • Escalate raw material shortage issue and coordinate with raw material planner to solve issues.
  • Back up raw material planning job if required.
  • Weekly reporting and Monthly reporting to raw material shortage summary and reason analysis, and other relevant reports.
  • Coordinate with other departments on related issues to ensure the smooth flow of production.
  • Assume tasks, assignments given by supervisor as deemed necessary in improving the current system.

Your professional profile includes:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1 years of previous experience in finished good planning, scheduling, raw material planning, master planning, or supply planning with MNC. Fresh students with excellent comprehensive conditions are also acceptable.
  • Ability of read and written English for daily communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure and capacity to handle multiple task at same time and rapidly solve problems.
  • Working knowledge in MS Office Excel, BI, BO and Google.
