Creative Fragrance Coordinator – Your future position?

As a Creative Fragrance Coordinator in our Fragrance & Beauty division in China, you will assist Category Evaluation Team with daily project management and evaluation support

Do you have a nose for success? If so this could well be the perfect opportunity for you to participate the creation of some of the world's most luxury fragrances.

As a Creative Fragrance Coordinator you can expect to:

• Project Management: Locate oil samples for evaluation sample requests, manage oil storage system, regularly arrange the refreshment of stored oils , including customer portfolio oils; assist Evaluation team, when necessary, with application sample requests, stability requests in the system; enter customer sample requests in the system, check sample quality with evaluator, prepare paperwork for despatch to customer, send confirmation and tracking number; maintain, request samples and purchase benchmarks needed for evaluation tests; coordinate samples and results with Fragranceland, organize smelling session for new product launches evaluation
• Assistance to Evaluation team: Organize internal & panel evaluations following evaluation or customer protocols, examples include triangle tests, strength, preference tests; organize samples for weekly smelling session for registered oil within Evaluation Team; weekly store check to buy market products for benchmark use evaluation materials etc; order market products from overseas and managing the storage of these products; assist in cleaning the materials used for evaluation tests & emptying the booths/evaluation areas
• Assistance to Category Director: prepare and diffuse various reports and products on segment activity (on-going projects list, win rate, new wins, etc
• General Administration: occasional tasks such as preparation of Visa application and invitation letters for evaluation team and overseas visitors; progress chasing incoming samples; prepare samples, labels etc for General Promotional Kits; stationery management

Your professional profile includes:

• A university degree in chemistry or another fragrance related discipline
• Good level of English in both writing and speaking
• Good basic skills in Microsoft Office
