Electrical & Instrument Engineer -  Your Future Position?

 

As an Electrical & Instrument Engineer in our Fragrance & Beauty Division, you will be based in Huangpu Site, Guangzhou. You will manage all areas of Repairs and Maintenance under optimum use of personnel and means available. He must execute project or improvement from idea to handover to user. Sound interesting?   • Take charge of the overall EHS work in the responsible area and accountable for behaviors that fail to follow rules, procedures or accepted work practices
  • Make EHS an integrate part of your job and lead by example
  • Know the EHS requirements of the jobs performed by the people supervised and understand the hazards and risk in the responsible area
  • Deal with equipment failure, improve equipment status
  • Design and implement equipment improvement plan based on requirement
  • Optimize equipment maintenance plan and execute the preventive maintenance to minimize down time of equipment / instrument.
  • Manager related Capex projects with complexity and micro scale
  • Continuous improvement to achieve higher plant availability and reliability.
  • Optimize maintenance cost whilst maximizing equipment reliability and technical integrity.
  • Keep maintenance history record by using maintenance management software to ensure the Equipment database is updated
  • Involve in design or planning of new improvement project, equipment installation/commissioning and start-up according to the design scope..
  • Maintain and develop as needed, the inspection, testing, and preventive/predictive plan.
  • Build up necessary SOP and WI for operation requirement.
  • Support on Green field project, include utility installation/commissioning and process line installation/commissioning.

Your professional profile includes:

  • College degree above with major in Electrical engineering
  • 5+  years working experience on the job, work independent
  • Computer know how on MS office tools and AutoCAD
  • Strongly hands-on working experience in electrical, or chemical engineering
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Independent and target oriented work style
  • High flexibility and ability to absorb stress
  • Team leader
  • Good written and oral English
