Key Account Manager / Sr. Senior Account Executive - Your Future Position?
As a Key Account Manager / Senior Account Executive in our Taste & Wellbeing Division, you will be based in Guangzhou and report to the Sales Manager, South China. You will need to provide ongoing support to customer in south China, identify and explore new business opportunities to specific areas/categories/customers to achieve sales aspirations. In this exciting role you will:
- Initiate and implement business plan to develop and reach target geography and key categories to achieve sales target, project pipeline, and new win revenue
- Develop strategic relationship with customer Building relationship with new and assigned customers, proactive business activities
- Play a project leader role in leading ensure our resources (people, time, investment), Work with internal departments to qualify and develop new products and win new product briefs
- Sharply identify the customer needs, and build a clear biz case for each individual project
- Independently develop the account sales strategy, and ADP (business development plan), initiating, planning, leading the activities to deliver the account strategy with support from internal team
- Manage the internal stakeholders, ensure good agreement on project/customers and maximize win rate, while delivering customer experience
- Collaborate with peers and support team to enhance experience sharing and facilitate success in other territories

Your professional profile includes:
- Above 5 years’ sales experience in food /ingredient/additives industry, either in technical or commercial field
- Bachelor's degree, food science related major
- Passion to win
- Good business acumen in the selective category
- Good analytical skills to drill to the cause
- Resilient in the demanding sales work
- Good organization awareness
- Growth mindset and willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge
- Good command of English
