Marketing Specialist/Assistant (Temporary) - Your Future Position?

As a Marketing Specialist/Assistant (Temporary) in our Fragrance & Beauty Division at Guangzhou Huangpu site, you will report to the Associate Marketing Director. You will provide daily support to the marketing team and some projects. Sound interesting? It could well be your good opportunity. If, like us, you always aim to exceed customer needs, deliver value and skilled at fostering strong relationships.

In this exciting role you will:

· Understand customer's needs and translate consumer, product & fragrance insights into customers' business to support their reactive projects.

· Assist creative work of Marketing team, such as development, adaptation, and translation of marketing presentations for internal and client projects.

· Assist routine work of MKT team, such as market product purchase, stock management etc.

· Support other tasks assigned by team leader.

Your professional profile includes:

1. Education:

· Bachelor's degree or above in English, Literature, Media, Marketing, or related disciplines.

2. Language & Communication:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (CET 6 / TEM 8 / IELTS ≥ 6.5).

3. Skills:

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Photoshop) is a strong advantage.

4. Personal Attributes:

· Open-minded, proactive, and eager to learn.

· Strong sense of teamwork and cross-cultural communication skills.

· Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines.

· Keen observation skills, good fashion and aesthetic sense and genuine interest or knowledge in perfumes, personal care or home care categories are preferred.
