Sales Service Coordinator 销售助理 - Your Future Position?

As a Sales Service Coordinator in our Fragrance & Beauty Division Guangzhou Ruion office, you will support the sales teams. Sound interesting? It could well be your good opportunity.

In this exciting role you will:

· To support the sales team with general operations, such as sending samples, following up orders and applying for regulatory documents 支持销售团队的日常运作, 包括寄送油样样品，协助跟进订单情况，系统申请法规文件等

· To support sales in making quotation and prepare agreement, maintain client database and follow up A/R status and sales data and statistics 帮助销售同事处理报价、合同；维护客户信息库；追踪付款信息、销售数据等

· Provide other related support to sales team 有需要时为销售团队提供其他相关支持

· Other tasks assigned by the line manager 直属主管交付的其他工作任务

Your professional profile includes:

· Bachelor's degree or above 本科以上学历

· 1-2 years related working experience in sales support or customer care would be an advantage. Fresh graduate will be acceptable 有1-2年销售支持或客服相关工作经验优先考虑。优秀应届毕业生也可考虑

· Good team player and willing to communicate 良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力

· Good communication skills with internal and external parties 良好的内外沟通能力和协调能力

· Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) is required. (CET6 or above) 英语听说读写能力流利 (CET6或以上)

· SAP or ERP experience will be a benefit 有SAP/ERP系统的操作经验优先
