Sr. Key Account Manager - Fragrance

Looking for inspiration, target oriented, willing to develop? Then this is the role for you! To join our team in a very dynamic field as part of the Fragrance & Beauty Commercial Team in Egypt.

 

Sales/business professional with strong marketing acumen, trained in assigned account management scope that is able to manage Key accounts  with contributing responsibilities. Have a consultation approach building on market and consumer understanding, client brand portfolio understanding to support key accounts on identifying opportunities where Givaudan can help them differentiate their portfolios. You will report to the Sales Director - North Africa Region. You will be based in our office in Heliopolis.

 

You will:

  • You will Grow Givaudan business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines
  • Manage customer relationships within portfolio of accounts
  • Monitor customer and competitor activity and maintain customer information
  • You will Develop and track Account Plans for important accounts
  • Develop internal and customer presentations
  • You will Identify/create opportunities for Givaudan to participate in targeted briefs
  • Identify customer requirements and follow up on customer submission
  • Manage your partners to support customer priorities, ensuring the most efficient management of Givaudan resources
  • You will Transition customer projects and new wins from scale-up to production
  • Follow Goals versus targets (Sales, Gross Profit, win rate…) and take corrective actions if necessary
  • You will Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines
  • Manage credit, pricing, rebates and budget for important accounts
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution
  • You will Comply with all appropriate Givaudan and statutory EHS and regulatory guidelines

 

You?

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Have Minimum 10 years overall experience
  • 5+ years' marketing background, B2B - Market research / Advertising Account management roles / FMCG Managed multiple brands.
  • Functional/technical experience in the Fragrance industry is a plus
  • Excellent business and commercial Knowledge
  • Negotiation skills
  • Verbal and written command of English Language
  • Project management skills
  • Competence in delivering compelling presentations
  • Passion for the Fragrance & Beauty Industry
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Identify value drivers for customers and understand how to position Givaudan offerings
