Local Integration Lead- Vietnam - Your future position?

As a Local Integration Lead  you will lead the execution of the local integration during the proposed GBS + SAP project in the entity for all functions in scope.In this exciting role you also will:

• Actively drives the SAP & GBS integration execution:
  • Impact assessment workshops;
  • Gap workshops with subsequent exception handling;
  • Training and Knowledge transfer, planning, organisation and execution
  • GBS and SAP Cut-Over;
  • Project stabilization;
• Following tasks will be key to the position:
  • Aligns, communicates and organises the transformation with the local management
  • Use and enhances project methodology and tools for integration management;
  • Manages overall integration project plan;
  • Drives with related work streams on integration roadmap and communication;
  • Measures project progress and manage dependencies with other projects and teams.
  • Plans and organises the training activities following and adapting the global framework;
  • Supports local change management and communication measures  – in alignment with the central Change Management strategy;
  • Report about integration progress;
  • Conducts risk assessment for roadmap related risks and issues
  • Organises and chairs the integration steering committees

Your professional profile includes:

Education/ primary qualification:

• • Languages: Fluent in English and local language
  • Professional experience:First experience in international project management or major company transformation in the same country.
