We are looking for a Account Manager to join our Taste & Wellbeing team base in Indonesia 

 

Purpose
Sales/business professional trained in assigned account management

Core Responsibilities
• Grow Givaudan business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines
• Assume lead role for all Givaudan activities for designated accounts
• Cultivate customer relationships with key decision-makers, positioning Givaudan as preferred supplier
• Develop, communicate and implement strategic ADPs, sales forecasts, and budget for key accounts, with clear KPIs
• Manage brief pipeline (quality and quantity of projects) to achieve growth plans
• Defend base business in key markets and with key customers
• Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines and manage credit, pricing, rebates, etc. For key accounts

Academic Background
• University degree
Professional Experience
• 5-8  years successful sales, marketing or customer relationship experience in food ingredients or related industry
Technical Skills
• Demonstrated ability to apply strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting skills to develop ADPs
• Thorough knowledge of customers and competition
• Understanding of customer strategy, initiatives, priorities, launch processes, and how to position Givaudan offerings
• Possesses thorough understanding of profitability goals for key accounts
• Can effectively execute all account management steps in the brief handling process; understands how to manage scale-ups
• Can effectively generate new business by identifying unmet customer needs
• Ability to build strong relationships with key customer decision-makers
