Account Manager Assistant in Indonesia - Your future position?
Being an Account Manager Assistant in Givaudan, a company leader in the fragrance and flavour industry, you will report directly to Fragrance Director, based in Jakarta office. In this exciting role you will:

• Responsible for base collection as well as sample delivery to customer.
• Ensure regulatory document request is fully completed.
• Update customer’s database.
• Generate monthly sales report and pipeline.
• Assist sales team in administrative matters including travel desk and logistic for outgoing Sales team and incoming visitors, office equipment, meeting & training arrangement.
• Coordinate petty cash for Sales team.

Your professional profile includes:

• Bachelor degree from any major.
• 1-2 years’ experience in the same fields, similar industry preferred.
• Computer literacy and comfortable working with systems.
• Fluent in English.
• Having a good interpersonal skill.
• Willing to learn with a good problem solving attitude.
• Detail, well organized and helpful person.
