Halal Coordinator (contract based), Fragrance & Beauty in Indonesia - Your future position?
As a Halal Coordinator with Givaudan, the global leader in fragrance and flavour industry, you will provide basic regulatory support to internal and external customers in order to ensure that all regulatory requirements are fulfilled, according to legal requirements and corporate guidelines. You will report directly to the Senior Regulatory Specialist and in this role you also will:

  • Responsible for Halal certification preparation including the registration in the system, collect and review the required documents and submission.
  • Communicate with LPPOM MUI for halal audit schedule with detailed of assigned auditor and her/his contact.
  • Support on set up and conduct a proper audit with LPPOM MUI.
  • Post Audit Management: summary halal audit result and do the necessary follow up to respective parties should any follow up actions required for the halal certification.

Your professional profile includes:

  • University degree preferably in Food Science, chemistry, biology discipline
  • Having related experience with minimum 3 years in equivalent position 
  • Experience and working knowledge of Halal Certification Requirements (including the 11 criteria halal assurance system HAS) 
  • Prior working history with LP-POM MUI, well versed with all LP-POM MUI procedures on halal 
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
