Key Account Manager - Your future position?
As the Key Account Manager , you will drive the growth of Givaudan's business by managing key customer accounts, ensuring smooth project execution from scale-up to production, and supporting commercial success through strategic relationship management, pricing, and market insights. You will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia and will report to the Sales Lead.

Drive Givaudan's growth by owning key customer accounts and delivering strong business results

Champion ADP progress to keep projects on track and ensure success at every stage

Build lasting relationships with customers and partners to strengthen Givaudan's market presence

Stay ahead of market trends by monitoring customer needs and competitor activity

Lead smooth transitions from scale-up to production, ensuring seamless project delivery

Negotiate pricing and commercial terms confidently, maximizing value within company guidelines

Create and deliver compelling presentations that inspire both internal teams and customers

Your professional profile includes:

Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or other relevant fields.

Minimum of 5-6 years of sales experience within flavours or ingredients industry.

Solid understanding of Account Development Plan (ADP) fundamentals, with ability to build and track basic ADPs using KPIs.

Familliar and has prior experience managing global key accounts.

Strong commercial mindset with skill in identifying customer value drivers, generating new business opportunities, and understanding customer and competitor strategies.

Able to showcase good project management and coordination skills.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Proficient in standard PC applications and digital tools.
