Production Supervisor, your future role?

 

You will be part of our Taste & Wellbeing industrial operations in Mexico. As a Production Supervisor, you will ensure the execution of plans and standards to comply with your unit's main indicators of Health & Safety, Quality, Service, Productivity, Efficiency and Cost, leading the operational team. You will report to the Production Manager of the site.

 

You will work on-site in our Taste & Wellbeing production facility located at Cuernavaca, Morelos. You'll have to reside in the city or its vicinity.

 

Your mail responsibilities will be:

 

  • Ensure compliance with the production plan in the established time and with the necessary resources.
  • Lead your unit's operational team, ensuring completion of tasks and compliance with the induction and training plans.
  • Control monthly compliance with the area's spending vs. the established budget.
  • Ensure adherence to the area's 5s standard and Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Manage the performance indicators of Health & Safety, Quality, Delivery, Efficiency/Productivity, and Cost of the rea.
  • Conduct your teams' management processes: categories, vacations, permits, shift roles, schedules and others.
  • Manage the efficient use of material resources in the area while respecting manufacturing standards.
  • Implement improvements in your processes according to the loss/waste analysis.
  • Manage inventories on the production floor and virtual bins.

 

 

You?

 

Your professional profile must include:

 

  • University degree in Chemical, Biochemical or Food Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar positions in the chemical, food or ingredients industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading production teams.
  • Experience controlling production processes.
  • Experience in process improvement, efficiency increase and cost savings projects.
  • Experience using SAP (production module).
  • General knowledge of FSSC 22000 and HACCP.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement.
  • Knowledge of CMS (production module).
  • Upper-intermediate level of English, both oral and written.
