Join us as our next Regional Quality Excellence Expert reporting to our Head of Quality for LATAM. You will help strengthen Givaudan's customer-focused quality culture across Latin America. You will connect global and local teams to ensure our products, processes, and partnerships meet the highest quality standards, enhancing customer satisfaction and building trust with our top global clients.
Location: Mexico (Cuernavaca/CDMX) or Argentina (Buenos Aires)
In this exciting role you will:

Review Customer Quality Agreements, manage approval or derogation processes, and ensure documentation availability across global teams.

Support regulatory and commercial teams with customer-related quality escalations and specification change requests.

Participate in quality discussions with local/regional customer representatives (forums, S&OPs, and other meetings).

Develop tools and dashboards to improve customer quality experience, communication, and accountability.

Coordinate and support customer audits, including documentation reviews, report consolidation, and corrective action tracking.

Participate in regional and global quality meetings, contributing with performance updates, goals, and improvement programs.

Be an escalation point for key customer quality issues in LATAM, ensuring problem resolution and communication.

Oversee document control and lifecycle management for regional quality systems, ensuring compliance with global standards and audit readiness.

Support vendor programs, complete auditees, prepare reports, managing follow-up actions, and communicating findings to relevant teams.

Help maintain regional certification and audit programs (e.g., FSSC), managing contracts and compliance documentation.

Monitor and report progress on LATAM quality improvement projects.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management.

Customer-focused mindset with analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of quality systems (ISO, FSSC) and audit practices.

Fluency in English and Spanish.

Familiarity with quality management platforms (SAP, OpenText, Reliance, etc.).
