Sales Support Coordinator – Your future position?

Location: Kelana Jaya

Reporting to: Fragrance Director

As a Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Do regular trend spotting and store checks to identify new product launches
• Ability to prepare trend/product presentation to support our sales team
• Knowledgeable about social media marketing to support our client on new product launches concepts.
• Assist to prepare illustration samples to support submission to clients and for panel evaluation
• Conduct and support panel evaluation session for fragrances
• Product service requests (coordination with fragrance evaluation team and customer for sample perfume clearance, perfume dosage recommendation for product base adaptation, claim support, including the preparation of the reports)
• Application samples request and preparation. Client's product base registration
• Perfume oil sample requests for production
• Project/Fragrance submission presentation support on PowerPoint
• Support Submission Kit preparation
• Local/overseas samples dispatch arrangement
• Client workshop preparation

Your professional profile includes:

• A degree in Marketing relevant professional qualification
• A minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in relevant experience
• Has high interest in understanding consumer products, a scent lover
• Highly resourceful and takes initiative to read and research interesting beauty , fragrance trends
• Fluent in English
