We are looking for an Executive Assistant 80% (m/f/d) who enjoys thinking ahead and finding solutions to potential issues even before the people you support realize there may be a problem. You will primarily support the Head of Taste & Wellbeing. In addition you will support the Regional Commercial Head Taste & Wellbeing and the Division Controller in their daily business.

 

You will be based in our new Business Center in Kemptthal and report directly to the Head of Taste & Wellbeing.

 

You will:

  • Manage the agenda of three stakeholders
  • Organize meetings globally, clarify travel and visa requirements
  • Manage complex schedules across different time zones
  • Receive and host internal and external visitors
  • Manage administrative processes and suggest and make improvements 
  • Prepare expense reports and manage invoices and purchasing requests
  • Manage Vacation/ Absence
  • Prepare and revise documents including presentations, emails, reports, and agendas
  • Develop relationships with main internal/external stakeholders

 

You have:

  • A recognized qualification, diploma level or higher, in the field of commerce or as an Executive assistant
  • At least 5 years of experience as Executive Assistant in an international matrix organization
  • Business fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
  • Excellent customer focus and priority setting skills
  • Willing to go the extra mile

  • Solid track record in maintaining highest standards of confidentiality and trust
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word or similar tools
