Global Marketing Manager Health & Nutrition (m/f/d

Global Marketing is part of our Customer Excellence team that defines and drives offering strategy that creates a unique portfolio delivered with customer service and experience, to accelerate business growth. As Global Marketing Manager you will partner with the Global Category team in setting the strategy and along the whole commercialization process and ensure a full embedded value proposition. You will report directly to the Global Marketing Director. This role can be based in any site of Europe with preference Kemptthal (Switzerland) or New Jersey (United States).

You will:

  • Drive the platform strategy by providing a view of our global landscape and insights, incl. market size and share, trends, competitive dynamics, and environment consumer/ customer needs.
  • Planning and executing marketing roadmaps and initiatives, through marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Be the internal ambassador for the Health & Nutrition platform and increase engagement, knowledge exchange and establish best practices within a multinational environment.
  • Provide strategic marketing support to selected global/high profile accounts to guarantee a positive omnichannel customer experience.

You have:

  • University Degree in Marketing or Science combined with Marketing Degree or other recognized marketing qualification
  • 10 years broad marketing experience, including marketing strategy, commercialization of new products and creative promotions
  • B2B or FMCG experience, preferably in a Health & Nutrition industry paired with ingredients branding knowledge
  • Experience driving internal engagement across complex/matrix organizations
  • Experience working with diverse cultures and multidiscipline specialists
  • Understanding of the product commercialization process with a focus on understanding the customer and consumer perspectives that guide this process
  • Is creative in approach, originate ideas and can sell ideas internally with support from manager
  • Business fluent in English; other languages are an advantage
