Global Marketing Trainee

As a Global Marketing Trainee (m/f/d) for 12 months, you will support the global marketing team, with a focus on two growth platforms culinary, hydration and refreshment You will be part of a supportive, diverse and responsible team which is already curious to meet you.

 

This role is based in Kemptthal (Switzerland) and you will report directly to the Global Marketing Manager Savoury Taste and the Global Marketing Manager Hydration in the Taste & Wellbeing business unit.

 

You will:

  • You will support the Global Marketing Managers, in the commercialization process by providing a view of our landscape, incl. market size and share, trends, competitive dynamics, and environment consumer/ customer needs for the assigned category
  • You will use broader market view to support strategy development and competitive differentiation, frame opportunities and challenge our status quo
  • You will provide strategic and creative marketing support, connectivity and continuity to selected global/high profile accounts for global opportunities
  • You will support main categories in strategic marketing to ensure clear, consistent and succinct articulation of content
  • You will help implement the Value Proposition Package for strategic launches and initiatives of the different growth platforms, including snacks, beer, savoury taste and vegetables
  • You will work in a multinational environment in with many global and regional stakeholders

Your professional profile includes:

  • Study or just finished a University Degree in Marketing or Science combined with Marketing Degree or other recognized marketing qualification
  • Excellent oral and written proficiency in English
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to create well-founded trend reports and obtain relevant insights for the category
  • Strong understanding of digital tools
  • Exhibits a forward-thinking mindset, consistently seeking effective solutions and improvements
  • Capable of effectively navigating and thriving in multifaceted and dynamic settings
  • Creative, analytical and business-oriented
