As a Senior Business Analyst Financial Planning and Analysis, you are going to support the Taste and Wellbeing Division global analysis requirements. Setting targets, monitoring results both on commercial and financial performance, you will contribute to shape our performance by allowing the decision-making for our Division management.
You will be based in our Business Center in Kemptthal and report directly to the Head Financial Planning and Analysis Taste and Wellbeing.
You will:
- Monthly business reporting and analysis
You run reports and analysis covering business (sales, product margin and development) and financial (P&L, cash flow, opex) performance as part of the monthly closing process. You perform weekly and monthly forecasts for business management and coordinate reporting process between the stakeholders (business management, controlling, Givaudan Business Solution) including the establishment of an annual reporting calendar. Moreover, you ensure documentation is available.
- Yearly planning and budgeting
You will coordinate sales planning and budgeting process. Also, you contribute to financial planning and budgeting through analysis. You also track variances against plan and seek mitigation actions.
- Support division controlling in ad-hoc activities and special projects
You perform ad-hoc reporting & analysis and establish business cases (new strategic programs, acquisitions). Last but not least you contribute to all division controlling programs (ex: develop of new system capabilities, processes and design improvements).
You have:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics or Accounting
- Min 5 or more years of experience in financial or business controlling or planning and analysis within the chemical or manufacturing industry with international background
- Business fluent in English
- Knowledge of BI environment and financial consolidation tools
- Knowledge of SAP
- Expert in communicating on different levels within a matrix organization
- Enthusiastic about analytics, rigorous and service oriented
- Good eye for details and proactive
