Regulatory Specialist

 

Primary Qualifications:

  • University / Bachelor's Degree in scientific discipline i.e. chemistry, food, biological or physical sciences
  • 2 years of experience in a food, flavor, dietary supplement, or chemicals regulatory role

 

Technical Skills:

  • Good knowledge of food, chemistry, or related disciplines
  • Experience with business processes and internal systems
  • Experience in hospitality/customer service
  • Basic knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver product information and technical documentation promptly, according to customers' needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Use Givaudan systems to complete tasks and manage data
  • Provide internal customers with and compliant formula reviews and documentation to meet global commercial, creation, and research projects
  • Obtain thorough knowledge of customer requirements
  • Identify and implement opportunities for efficiencies with current processes
  • Work with commercial teams to provide regulatory support
  • Projects as assigned
  • With support, begin to develop relationships with assigned customer contacts
  • You will report to your managers
