Project Engineer – Your Future Position?

 

About the role:

 

As a Project Engineer, based in Makó, you will join the Engineering team and report to the Site Engineering Manager. You will execute several investment and improvement projects like new technology, productivity improvements, EHS and Quality improvements to improve our plant positions in all dimensions (cost, quality, service, safety & sustainability). It could well be your perfect opportunity if, like us, you always aim to exceed customer needs, deliver high value and are skilled at fostering strong relationships.

 

You will:

 

Project management: You will analyse, estimate and optimise processes and production technology. You will have to manage sources, resources, time plans and budget.

 

Control and execution: You will organise and coordinate the performance of the project from start to finish. Thereby, you would have to support the collaboration between internal and external participants and monitor the results within the scope of your projects.

 

Leading: Lead tender process, tender analysis and negotiation of contracts with suppliers and contractors. Manage cost with adequate cost control tool – recognize cost deviation ahead of time and apply corrective measures.

 

Stakeholder management: Produce all project relevant concepts in collaboration with subject matter experts, clients, consultants and other departments. 

 

Compliance: Compiling documentation for the execution of the project to complete the handover of the project.

You have:

 

  • Degree in engineering
  • Min. 2-3 years' expereince as a project engineer
  • Project management tools knowledge
  • Intermediate English language knowledge and native in Hungarian is a must
  • Food industry knowledge is an advantage
  • Good IT user knowledge (SAP, Autocad)
  • Good planning and organization skills
