Project Manager - Makó (Hungary) - Your future position?

 

Overall mission:

 

You will lead projects from simple to complex CAPEX and Operations related individual projects with close collaboration with delegates of the Regional ENG CoE Business Partner, that often requiring considerable resources and high levels of functional integration. You will be based in Makó (Hungary), reporting to the Head of Operations Makó.

 

You will:

 

  • Support the maximum efficiency and capacity of the staff and production lines by leading improvement ideas, projects
  • Take care of preparation operational manuals and SOP’s how to operate technologies and equipment
  • Take care of preparation of maintenance manuals
  • Ensure professional, occupational safety, hygiene, environmental training for the dedicated staff
  • Build in continuous improvement ideas, solution to the project plan and take care of the right, first time implementation of them
  • Manage the execution by making Project plan and documentation
  • Manage the project time plan to deliver project objectives on time, on quality, on cost
  • Be the link between the project, the business community and management
  • Animate and coordinate the performance of the project team members
  • Train other CAPEX project members, managers/engineers on CapEx/PM processes (PGP, SMP) and systems/tools (PPM/SAP)
  • Establish and provide all required scope and business brief documents (project charter)
  • Prepare Project Plan, Milestones, Task list by stream, define and reserve resources
  • Prepare credit application request with project team
  • Set up control and tracking instruments, tracks project and team such as Risk Management and Mitigation plan
  • Escalate deviation of scope, quality, time and cost to project sponsor / steering committee
  • Report to the project sponsor and steering committee on progress of projects
  • Ensure agreement of project deliverables with client representatives

 

General rules:

 

  • Ensure conformity with food safety (HACCP) and quality management regulations (e.g. FSSC 22000, etc)
  • During working, She/He keeps the Food Safety principles in mind and strives to increase food safety awareness in all circumstances
  • Comply with Health and Safety and Fire protection regulations
  • Comply with management regulations and other directives and act accordingly

 

You:

 

  • Engineering degree
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Experience leading projects
  • Good IT skills
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian languages
  • SAP knowledge (advantage)
