Project Manager - Yout future position?
As a Project Manager in our Flavours Division, you will have the opportunity to experience a multinational working environment. You will be responsible for different kinds of site projects working together with other project managers. This position is directly reporting to the Head of Operations and will be based in Mako.
You will:
Project management:
• Manage the execution by making Project plan and documentation
• Manage effectively the project time plan to deliver project objectives on time, on quality, on cost
• Acting as the link between the project, the business community, and management
• Prepares Project Plan, Milestones, Tasklist by the stream, define and reserve resources
• Sets up adequate control and tracking instrument, tracks project and team
Continues Improvement:
• Build in continuous improvement ideas, solutions to the project plan and take care on right-first-time implementation of them
• Support the maximum efficiency and capacity of the staff and production lines by supporting improvement ideas, projects
Compliance:
• Regularly reports to the project sponsor and steering committee on the progress of the project
• Comply with quality management and food safety regulations, hygienic standards, and internal regulations
• Comply with Health and Safety and Fire protection regulations and internal regulations
• Comply with management regulations and other directives and act accordingly
You have:
• College/University degree
• Fluent English language knowledge and Hungarian is a must
• 3-5 years of experience in project management in a multinational environment
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
