Quality Specialist - Makó (Hungary) - Your future position?

Overall mission:

As a Quality Specialist in Makó, you will support the Quality organization, the Lab Team and you will report to the Quality Lab Manager.

You will:

• Maintain local Quality lab relevant master data-based on the specification change

• Be an SAP Power User for Quality lab: support of local staff and main contact for Central SAP team

• Support the Quality Lab Manager and the lab team in achieving the departmental goals on product quality and performance

• Play an active role in the management of internal quality non-conformities and participate in root-cause analyses and determination of corrective and preventive actions

• Master Data: Manage inspection plans and related data

• SAP: Participate in system development and testing

• Work out and maintain Quality laboratory equipment calibration database in SAP

• Work out and set up the Quality control relevant customer specific requirements’ SAP workflow

• Take part in the relevant Z1, Z2, Z3 nonconformity root cause analysis.

• Define the AC for the NPI products, based on the inspection plans.

• Support Quality Lab manager in Indicator report preparation from SAP point of view

• Decide on raw material and product quality approval or rejection

Training and support

• Be a first level supporter in case of system issues for Quality laboratory

• Improve the SAP system knowledge of the Quality laboratory staff, prepare the training documentation

• Support the Quality management system documentation from SAP process point of view.

• As an SAP key user, you have an important role, to co-ordinate Quality Lab and cross-functional departments’ processes. You have important role in the root cause analysis and in the execution of the corrective action in the case of SAP issues

You:

• Laboratory professional education or studies in natural sciences or food technology

• SAP or other ERP system, LIMS (Laboratory Information Systems), Databases, MS excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Access

• Project management

• Knowledge of sensory, analytical chemistry or microbiological testing; understanding of processes in a testing laboratory (Sensory, analytical chemistry or microbiology)

• Good English language skills (spoken and written), Native Hungarian knowledge is a must
