Reliability and Maintenance Engineer - Makó (Hungary) - Your future position?
Overall mission:
As a Reliability and Maintenance Engineer at our Makó facility, you will help ensure the performance and reliability of plant equipment through maintenance strategies and proactive problem-solving. You will collaborate with the site engineering team to allocate resources, schedule maintenance tasks, and help develop the maintenance team, all while following safety and compliance standards. Your expertise will help minimize equipment downtime and enhancing operational efficiency, driving the success of our manufacturing processes in the food industry. You will be located in Makó (Hungary) and report to the Maintenance Manager.
You will:
- Receive Maintenance Notification all notifications and discuss with site engineering team best allocation of work and tasks
- Schedule the repair and the maintenance work of all site assets (subject matter, organizational and administrative) under optimum use of personnel and means available
- Support the development, training, performance and discipline of the maintenance team
- Achieve optimum availability and reliability of plant equipment, analyzing the repair work and identify problems and anticipate equipment failure ahead of time
- Budgeting of maintenance cost “bottom up” in your area
- Take part in machine optimization/installation projects
- Ensure compliance (safety, environmental, food safety) of plant and assets through maintenance schedule with local regulation and norms and internal guidelines and best practices
- Ensure non-conformance is escalated through line management
- Maintain planned, preventive and predictive maintenance plans and review to ensure maintenance for site and ensure engineering stores is stocked with the optimum level of spare parts
- Support maintenance system (SAP): train the staff upon request, prepare reports on agreed time, maintain database
- Ensure the required documentation, drawings, manuals are maintained and available to the maintenance team
You:
- Degree in Engineering
- Factory engineering and maintenance strategy
- Experience in the food industry
- TPM
- Native Hungarian knowledge and intermediate level English (written/oral)
- Good IT user knowledge
