Sampling Specialist - Mako (Hungary) - Your future position?

 

Overall mission:

 

Support the Sampling production team with raw material and planning related activities. work together with different functions internally.
You will report to the Sampling Manager and be located in Makó, Hungary.

 

You will:

 

  • Ensure Material availability for sample productions.
    • Check Material Availability (MRP)
    • Supervise raw material deliveries, order confirmations
    • Reschedule if needed

 

  • Keep in touch with external stakeholders
    • Secure information flow regarding shipping confirmations,delays,etc.
  • Ensure steady information flow with internal stakeholders. (Purchasing, Quality Management,Production,Warehouse, etc.)
  • Coordinate complaints (transport,quality, etc.)
  • Carry out administrative tasks
    • Material Master Information Maintenance
    • Sample Production related error treatment
  • Reporting
    • Frequent analysis of cost, service level, production/shipping performance
  • Sample Shipping
    • Coordinate transport of the area (inbound/outbound)
  • Be an ambassador in Safety,Quality,CI
  • Be part of Product Transfers and other projects

 

You:

 

  • College/University Degree
  • IATA certificate
  • Experience on the fields of production planning and inventory management
  • SAP, LCMS, ATLAS, FPR, Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Fluency in English, native Hugnarian knowledge
