Supply Chain Project Manager - Your future position?
Overall mission:
As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will help shape and execute Givaudan's Supply Chain strategy by assessing project feasibility and coordinating the implementation of approved projects. You will use your project management expertise to ensure delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality parameters while with partners and driving continuous improvement. You will be based in Makó (Hungary) and report to the Head of Supply Chain.
You will:
Strategy design and execution

Contribute to the design of the Supply Chain strategy by advising the Supply Chain management on project feasibility

Prepare business cases, design related project plans and coordinate their execution upon approval by sponsor(s) and steering committee(s)

Project management

Apply project management practices following Givaudan's adopted six-sigma methodology (DMAIC). Ensure the usage of PPM tool for definition and follow up of projects

Engage directly with customers (both internal and external) to understand broad supply chain requirements, develop customer solutions and demonstrate related components and value proposition

Create cohesive project programs and plans with identifiable critical path, task dependencies, and major milestones, and manage the approved plans and schedules for successful completion within scope, budget, time, and quality parameters

Apply comprehensive technical knowledge and management experience to analyse and resolve complex work problems; design and implement solutions

Track deadlines, costs and resource allocation to mitigate risks of failure

Build relationships with team members regarding project status, requirements and benefits

Accomplish the project plan within approved budget
People management

Provide work direction to the project team

Contribute to the annual human resources processes by providing input to line managers regarding performance of project team members

Work with the respective line managers and HR Business Partner(s) in developing project management capabilities in the Supply Chain functions
You:

5+ years of experience in warehousing, production planning

Fluent English knowledge

Good IT skills

SAP user knowledge
