Supply Chain Project Manager

About the role:
As a Supply Chain Project Manager in our Flavours Division you will have the opportunity to experience a multinational working environment. You will be responsible for different kinds of site projects in our Supply Chain department. This position is directly reporting to the Head of Supply Chain and will be based in Mako.


You will:

Strategy design and execution:

•    Contribute to the design of the Supply Chain strategy by advising the Supply Chain management on project feasibility
•    Prepare business cases, designs related project plans and coordinate their execution upon approval by sponsor(s) and steering committee(s)
•    Contribute in every supply chain related company strategies (short and long)

Project management:

•    Apply project management practices in line with Givaudan's adopted six-sigma methodology (DMAIC). Ensure proper use of PPM tool for definition and follow up of projects
•    Engage directly with customers (both internal and external) to understand broad supply chain re-quirements, develop customer solutions and demonstrate related components as well as value proposition
•    Create cohesive project programs and plans with identifiable critical path, task dependencies, and major milestones, and manage the approved plans and schedules 
•    Apply comprehensive technical knowledge and management experience to analyse and resolve complex work problems; design and implement solutions as needed
•    Track deadlines, costs and resource allocation to mitigate risks of failure
•    Build strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication regarding project sta-tus, requirements and benefits
•    Execute the project plan within approved budget

Coordination/Stakeholder management:

•    Provide work direction to the project team
•    Contribute to the annual human resources processes by providing input to line managers regarding performance of project team members
•    Work with the respective line managers and HR Business Partner(s) in developing  project man-agement capabilities in the Supply Chain functions


You have:


  • Higher education
  • Min. 2-3 years of experience in warehousing, production planning
  • Project Management experience
  • Fluent English knowledge and Hungarian knowledge is an advantage
  • Good IT skills, SAP knowledge is a plus
