Senior Savoury Food Technologist

Join our renowned team and report directly to the Technical Manager of Northern Europe as a Senior Food Technologist. You'll collaborate with esteemed technologists, marketing experts, and clients, using your expertise to curate flavours that captivate consumers across the Nordic region. You'll be at the heart of innovation, collaborating with technologists, marketers, and customers to develop delicious new experiences that captivate consumers across the Nordic region.

Your culinary contributions will encompass:

Spearhead innovation: Partner with different teams to design captivating savoury food products, snacks, plant-based offerings, and other exciting projects.

Lead sensory evaluations: Conduct tastings, providing insightful feedback and direction to refine flavours to their expression.

Manage the flavour portfolio: Oversee the Northern Europe flavour collection, ensuring it reflects the latest trends and resonate with local preferences.

Be a technical expert: Share your profound knowledge, advising colleagues across departments on achieving their culinary objectives.

Advocating for collaboration: Cultivate a spirit of teamwork and foster an enriching work environment.

We seek a person who boasts:

• 5+ years of experience in food applications, production, or related setting
• An understanding of the savoury and snacks taste of the Nordics
• Experience developing successful savoury food products preferably including snack and plant-based applications
• Developed tasting skills on flavour profiles
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to engage all partners
• A collaborative spirit and a commitment to exceeding expectations
• Ideally knowledge of a nordic language
