Consumer Market Insights Manager Your future position?
Your objective will be to design market research projects and build consumer understanding following the our goals of category-specific expertise.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Management: To select and recommend country and project-relevant methodology with guidance of a more senior Consumer Market Insights Manager manager when needed. Recommend evolving country relevant methodologies. Coordinate test sample with company partners. commissioning and set up, manage cost, quality control of field and tabulate data into excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) template
- Data Management: To collaborate with CMI Lead manager to ensure CMI data is stored centrally and accessible for future reference, and run diagnostic analysis based on existing data
- Be a CMI partner on specific projects for company partners, working on projects throughout the development cycle, providing in-depth interpretation of results to guide chemical development and the selection and to help to build rationale to support submissions. Summarize and interpret quali and quanti results supported by unique country insights. Share country insights of both proactive and reactive projects with partners Download to Regional CMI with country insights, home visits, benchmarking) Update Regional Marketing with any evolving consumer behavior/product usage
- Support sales and development teams as MR expert in direct contact with clients, to discuss and review CMI methodologies and test results

Functional/ Technical Skills:
- Verbal and written command of English (and local language)
- Proficiency in using common PC applications (word, excel, ppt)
- Proficiency in using data analysis software (SPSS, xlstat, Matlab)
- Good understanding and use of inferential and multivariate statistics and experimental design, with the guidance of a more senior CMI manager when needed.
- Microsoft PowerPoint presentation.
- Plan, lead, and communicate all required functional steps in the CMI project
- Understand legal & regulatory guidelines/restrictions for CMI testing
- Stay up to date with the latest developments/techniques in the CMI profession
- Knowledge of market trends for a specific country, category
Your professional profile includes:
- University Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sociology, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in market research.
- Advanced knowledge and use of CMI theory and qualitative and quantitative methodologies (protocols, designs, questionnaires).
- Experience managing complex, cross-regional CMI projects.
- Solid experience in planning, leading, and communicating all required functional steps in the CMI project.
- Expertise in analyzing large datasets and drawing strategic conclusions and possible effects.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments/techniques in the CMI profession.
- Proficient in the use of statistical software for analysis of research data such as SPSS and Xlstat.
- Experience of market trends for specific countries, segments, categories, or geographic areas.
- Verbal and written command of English
- Understand legal and regulatory guidelines /restrictions for CMI testing.
- Experience managing more junior colleagues.
