Data Admin - Your future position?

As the Data Admin , you will support Taste & Wellness division by assisting in organizing and analyzing data (data mining). You will be reporting to the Account Manager while being based in Pasig, Manila.

• Collect, organize, and manage data from multiple sources while ensuring databases are consistently updated and accurate.

• Identify and analyze trends, patterns, and correlations within large datasets to provide deeper insights.

• Clean and preprocess data by correcting errors, addressing inconsistencies, and ensuring data quality.

• Apply statistical and analytical techniques to interpret data and uncover actionable insights.

• Design and create visualizations, such as charts, dashboards, and reports, to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Present key findings through clear and engaging reports, visual aids, and presentations tailored for stakeholders.

Your professional profile includes:

• University / Bachelor's Degree in IT, Statistics or relevant.

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar role.

• Knowledge of Advanced Excel functions and data analysis tools, such as VLOOKUP & pivot tables.

• Expertise in data validation, conditional formatting, and advanced charting techniques.

• Experience with data importing, integration, and Power Pivot for handling large datasets.

• Strong troubleshooting abilities for identifying and correcting errors in complex formulas.

• Great willingness to learn and adaptability.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Analytical with strong detail-oriented approach.

• Able to work in Pasig, Manila.

• Fluent in local language & English.
