Key Account Manager - Your future position?

As Key Account Manager in our Fragrance Division at Givaudan’s Manila, Philippines site you’ll be a highly motivated individual who is excited by the opportunity to work in a fast-paced team. In this position you will:

  • Drive business growth across a global account and multiple local sales accounts, covering varied categories which may include home care, fabric care, personal care, and fine fragrance. An applicant must be comfortable thinking outside the box to ensure you leverage every possible commercial opportunity.

 

  • Deliver excellent service, building and maintaining positive and sustainable customer relationships with regional and global key stakeholders.

 

  • Lead fragrance development programmes in collaboration with the Givaudan APAC development team, working with the Regional Account Manager and Philippines Country Manager in responding to client briefs and establishing proactive programmes to deliver winning fragrance solutions.

 

  • Collaborate with a diverse team of experienced Sales professionals to develop a clear approach that will benefit both the South East Asia region and the broader corporate strategy.

As a professional, you:

  • Have a high learning agility with a demonstrable willingness to stretch yourself by working in ambiguous environments and taking calculated risks.
  • Have at least 2-5 experience years working in a corporate, commercially orientated environment.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree as a minimum. An MBA/BBA or equivalent could be a plus, though all further educational backgrounds will be considered.
  • Have well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build fruitful, collaborative relationships across all cultures and levels of an organisation.
  • Are an excellent project manager with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders across multiple projects while remaining attentive to every client’s needs.
  • A proven passion for customer-focussed, results-driven sales, and a keen eye for new opportunities

 

  • Able to present and discuss fragrance strategy, fragrance submissions, and deliver compelling presentations (audiences to include customers, internal teams and senior management)
  • An ability to manage multiple projects, while remaining attentive to every client’s needs
  • You’re described as open-minded, enthusiastic and confident, with excellent presentation skills
  • Strong team player, who takes initiative

 

Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required; a second language would be a plus.
