Marketing Manager - Your future position?
As the Marketing Manager , you will serve as a strategic partner to sales, creation, and category teams within our flavours (Taste & Wellbeing) division. You will craft marketing strategies and deliver insights that strengthen customer relationships, drive growth, and reinforce Givaudan's leadership in Taste & wellbeing food experience innovation. In this role, you will be based in Pasig, Manila and will report to the Head of Marketing T&W, ASEAN.

Implement and monitor the country Business Plan, leveraging market and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Lead market research and transform findings into innovative flavour concepts and marketing strategies tailored to local preferences.

Develop engaging concepts e.g. food experiences and creative storytelling that resonate with Philippines consumers and reflect latest market trends.

Collaborate with account managers and creation teams to co‑create impactful presentations, customer workshops, and new project proposals.

Strengthen Givaudan's brand presence through events, materials and digital storytelling aligned with regional and global strategies.

Plan and deliver marketing activities efficiently within timelines and budgets.

Monitor campaign effectiveness and share learning with the broader marketing community.

Integrate sustainability, wellbeing, and digital innovation into all marketing programs to enhance customer engagement.

Your professional profile includes:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum 7–8 years of relevant work experience in marketing, ideally within the B2B flavours or food industry.

Proven skills in market research, consumer insight generation, and impactful presentations.

Strong understanding of market trends within the Philippines' flavours and food sector, and a curious mindset to stay updated on these trends.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and creative approach.

Strategic thinker with keen attention to detail and a proactive, results‑driven mindset.

Comfortable working across diverse cultures; fluent in English (knowledge of local languages is advantageous).

Proficient in MS Office and marketing tools.

Familiarity with digital platforms such as Canva, and openness to learning new technologies.

Enthusiastic about leveraging AI and digital innovation in marketing practices.
